Every project is priced on its scope. We provide a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal after an initial call so you know exactly what you're paying before any work starts. No hourly surprises, no scope creep without sign-off.
An MVP typically ships in 6–8 weeks. A full production SaaS with payments, multi-tenancy, and admin tooling takes 10–14 weeks. We commit to a fixed timeline upfront and send weekly progress updates with a live staging URL you can test at any time.
We default to fixed-scope, fixed-price for product builds. It aligns our incentives with shipping. For ongoing iteration after launch, we offer monthly retainers (predictable cost, agreed-upon hours). Pure hourly billing is available but rarely the best fit.
All code lives in your repo from day one with full documentation, commit hygiene, and an architecture overview. Every project has a primary engineer plus a backup who is already familiar with the codebase, so a handoff takes hours. Not weeks. You always own the code.
Yes. 100%. You own the code, the design files, the database schema, the deployment configs, and the IP. We sign IP assignment as part of the engagement contract. We do not license you our code or lock you into our infrastructure.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive material is shared. We can use your NDA template or send ours. Whichever moves faster.
Two options: (1) ad-hoc. We quote each change request individually with a fixed price; or (2) retainer. A monthly block of engineering hours for continuous iteration. About 70% of our clients move into a retainer post-launch because it's the cheapest way to ship quickly.
Default stack: Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on the frontend; Node.js / Postgres / Supabase or AWS on the backend; Stripe for payments; OpenAI / LangChain for AI features. We pick this stack because it ships fast, scales to millions of users, has a deep talent pool (so you're not locked to us), and is what most acquirers expect to see under the hood.
