An MVP typically ships in 6–8 weeks. A full production SaaS with payments, multi-tenancy, and admin tooling takes 10–14 weeks. We commit to a fixed timeline upfront and send weekly progress updates with a live staging URL you can test at any time.
We default to fixed-scope, fixed-price for product builds — it aligns our incentives with shipping. For ongoing iteration after launch, we offer monthly retainers (predictable cost, agreed-upon hours). Pure hourly billing is available but rarely the best fit.
All code lives in your repo from day one with full documentation, commit hygiene, and an architecture overview. Every project has a primary engineer plus a backup who is already familiar with the codebase, so a handoff takes hours — not weeks. You always own the code.
Yes — 100%. You own the code, the design files, the database schema, the deployment configs, and the IP. We sign IP assignment as part of the engagement contract. We do not license you our code or lock you into our infrastructure.
